- Privately Owned Golf Carts. The Board of Directors recently adopted a new policy regarding the use of privately owned golf carts in Verdict Ridge. In addition to clarifying guidance on who is allowed to operate carts on our streets, the new policy requires the registration of all privately owned golf carts. Please review this new policy and registration application in the Documents section. Holloway Mgmt will be obtaining registration decals shortly. Update. Effective immediately, there will be no fee for registration.
- Sunday Work by Builders. As you know, Sunday work by builders is prohibited in Verdict Ridge. If you observe such work being done, please contact John Holloway at 704-875-7299 and he will contact the builder and deal with the issue.
- New Signage Guidelines. The new guidelines are posted in the Community Documents section.
